1. Design & Render Approval

It starts with your idea. Whether you're after an aggressive track stance or a clean street setup, our team works closely with you to create a fully custom design. You’ll receive a 3D render for approval, allowing you to see exactly how your wheels will look before production begins.

2. Forged Material Selection

We use only premium forged aluminum blanks, known for their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and durability. These are the foundation of every monoblock wheel we produce.

3. CNC Machining & Precision Cutting

Your wheels are carved from a solid aluminum block using state-of-the-art CNC machines. Each detail — from spoke design to lug pattern — is cut with precision to ensure exact fitment for your vehicle.

4. Structural Testing

Every wheel undergoes rigorous testing to ensure structural integrity, balance, and safety. We don’t just aim for industry standards — we exceed them.

5. Custom Finishing

Choose from a wide range of finishes including gloss, satin, brushed, polished, or custom two-tones. Each finish is carefully applied by hand to bring out the depth, texture, and personality of your wheels.

6. Final Inspection & Delivery

Before shipping, every wheel is thoroughly inspected to ensure flawless quality. From design to doorstep, your wheels are crafted with pride, precision, and passion.
