How long does it take for the wheels to be made?

  • The wheels are produced and shipped to your door approximately within 6 to 9 weeks. Chrome finishes can add 2 weeks to lead time. While we try our best to get the wheels to you within this time frame, delays beyond our control may happen.

Do you offer financing/leasing?

  • We do offer financing via Shop Pay or Affirm at checkout. With Shop pay and Affirm, a soft credit check is performed (will not affect your credit), if approved, you will get options for monthly installment payments on your purchase. 
  • We also offer leasing via Acima at checkout. While this option has no credit check, we suggest this for customers who want to pay the wheels within 90 days to avoid high interest. 
Do you make custom wheel designs?
  • Yes, we do. We offer the option to create designs that we do not have listed on the website. Please contact us directly if you did want to create a custom design. 

Where are the wheels made?

  • Wheels are produced in Shanghai, China. This is where they are cut, finished, and made into your dream wheel. The wheels are tested during this process as well. 

 

What material are the wheels made from?

  • Our forged wheels are made at the highest standards to ensure a strong, durable and lightweight wheel. All of our wheels are made with 6061-T6 Aerospace Grade Forged Aluminum.

What test are performed on the wheels to make sure they meet safety standards?

  • We ensure that the wheels are tested to meet the JWL standard. Stress test such as Dynamic Cornering Fatigue Test, Dynamic Radial Fatigue Test and Impact Test are performed to make sure the wheels meet the requirements set. The equipment used by our supplier is approved by VIA.

What is the difference between Monoblock, two-piece and three-piece wheels?

Forged Monoblock Wheels

  • Construction: Monoblock wheels are crafted from a single piece of forged aluminum.
  • Weight: They are the lightest among custom forged wheels due to their single-piece construction.
  • Benefits: Reduced weight at the wheel hub. Durability and reliability, making them ideal for performance cars and racing events.

2-Piece (2pc) Wheels

  • Construction: These wheels consist of two main components: Outer rim (barrel), Separate face (spokes)
  • Customization Options: Wide variety of Widths, Color combinations, Finishes, and Offsets
3-Piece (3pc) Wheels
  • Construction: More intricate design with three components:
  • Outer rim (lip), Inner part (barrel), Separate face (spokes)
  • Customization Flexibility: Allows extensive customization in terms of: Widths, Colors, Finishes, and Offsets
  • Repairability: Individual components can be disassembled and repaired.
  • In summary, choose based on your priorities: Monoblock wheels for lightweight performance, 2-piece wheels for customization, and 3-piece wheels for a blend of strength and personalization.

Do you offer any warranty on the wheels?

  • Wheels purchased from us have a 3 Year Structural Warranty and 1 Year Finish Warranty from the day they are delivered. This means if a wheel is defective under normal use, we will pay to fix it or replace it. Please note, this does not include cracks or bends from misuse of wheel. Under no circumstances should you or anyone else loosen or remove any of the wheel assembly bolts. Doing so will automatically void the warranty on the product. The following is a non-exclusive list of examples that are not considered defects: failure due to accident or collision, chemical fallout, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions including natural disasters; improper installation or care, self-installation, or modification; and misuse or abuse, including off-roading or racing, damage from using any chemical-based cleaners or harsh cleaning solutions, improper inflation of tires, loading the vehicle beyond its capacity, misalignment of tires and wheels, imbalance of tires and wheels, and/or the use of incorrect tires and wheels.For cleaning, we strongly suggest using only mild soap and water with a soft, non-abrasive cloth rag to clean the wheels of dirt and debris. Spray-on/hose off type cleaners are strictly prohibited and can cause damage to your finish. This will not be considered a defect to the finish.THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, LABOR REIUMBURSEMENTS, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM A DEFECT IN OR FAILURE OF THE WHEEL. THIS WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY PRODUCT DEFECT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.This warranty is non-transferrable. WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES FOR ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF WHEELS AND RECEIPT OF PURCHASE MUST BE PROVIDED. We have the right to decline any warranty claims if the issue is not caused by a defect. Warranties are granted at sole discretion of KRNC Forged LLC.
